Please provide us with the recipient's phone number. Depending on weather severity, we may need to call the recipient to make sure someone will be home prior to attempting delivery if the conditions are dangerous for our delivery drivers.
If you are ordering flowers for pick-up, please let us know (in the special instructions) approximately what time you will be picking them up.
Let our designer's create a custom arrangement in a pastel toned color palette. Flower choices will vary each week depending on season and availability.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

What a perfect service! I ordered from Germany… just the day before. I needed only 5 minutes for the order. It’s very easy to handle: you have a lot of opportunities of flowers, cookies and cards to choose. The owner tried to reach the recipient several times….the flowers were beautiful and the surprise was great!! Thank you so much!!
