If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The arrangement was fresh and beautiful and delivered on time as requested. Additionally, since I ordered online from California, I asked if a photo confirmation could be sent to me and my request was fulfilled.
