Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

The bouquet was beautiful and absolutely stunning! I was unable to be with my lovely girlfriend for her birthday, but these flowers — and of course Baxter bear! — perfectly expressed all the emotions and feelings I wished to convey on her special day.
