Please provide us with the recipient's phone number. Depending on weather severity, we may need to call the recipient to make sure someone will be home prior to attempting delivery if the conditions are dangerous for our delivery drivers.
If you are ordering flowers for pick-up, please let us know (in the special instructions) approximately what time you will be picking them up.

Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

BTTF was so professional. They spent time on the phone with me explaining different arrangements and made sure someone was home to receive the flowers. I also received an email letting me know the flowers had beens delivered and the invoice was attached in an email as well. Easiest shopping experience ever. Thanks so much BTTF!

Last minute purchase. Other local floral shop curtly told me they were out of flowers. The arrangement was wonderful, delivery prompt and the people I sent it to absolutely loved it. I will only go here when sending flowers to relatives in Saugatuck in the future!
