Please provide us with the recipient's phone number. Depending on weather severity, we may need to call the recipient to make sure someone will be home prior to attempting delivery if the conditions are dangerous for our delivery drivers.
If you are ordering flowers for pick-up, please let us know (in the special instructions) approximately what time you will be picking them up.
Not sure what to send? Let our talented designers create a special arrangement with upscale seasonal flowers. If you have a color preference, please note it in the special instructions.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

The flowers are beautiful. Full of color and nicely put together. The only negative we can share - there were two orders coming to the same recipient for his birthday and they were virtually identical. I would have hoped that someone in the shop could have been a bit more creative in creating a different look for one of them - even to call one of the purchasers to discuss. Going the extra step....

I found Back To The Fuchsia through the local Chamber of Commerce web site. They actually had a phone number posted, so I called to place my order. The ordering process was polite, cordial, and efficient. I gave the florist artistic license to create a bouquet that would make my friend say, "wow". And she did!
