Please provide us with the recipient's phone number. Depending on weather severity, we may need to call the recipient to make sure someone will be home prior to attempting delivery if the conditions are dangerous for our delivery drivers.
If you are ordering flowers for pick-up, please let us know (in the special instructions) approximately what time you will be picking them up.

In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Recipient loved the arrangement. I was a little disappointed the photo sent to me didn’t show the arrangement to be as resplendent with flowers as the florist picture. It is not an inexpensive arrangement and was chosen for its splendor. Again, a joy for my daughter-in-law but I think I expected a real wow. My son loves your place and highly recommended it to me.
